A Cold Day in Hell
The stables in town are run by Russell Williks. He has all types of horses to sell at a moments notice. With some of the more prominent and frequent travelers he will make deals to board the horses in the huge area he has to the south of the city. That way, when traveling from land to sea and visa versa, they don’t have to take the horses with them. He also has contracts with the city designating his area as the only place you can stable a horse. Having such a nice area to breed and board horses has made him rich, and is undoubtedly the most wealthy man in town.
